We designed Cor-Weld doors to be welded right into your container's side wall, front cap and cargo door.
Specifications:
- Made with 18 gauge cold rolled steel panels
- Frame made with 2 in. x 3 in. steel tubes
- 12 gauge closer reinforcement
- Galvanized 16 gauge flush top cap
- Galvanized 16 gauge inverted bottom cap
- Comes with non-removable hinge pins for additional security
- Full body R-5 polystyrene insulation core for energy efficiency
- Single bore for easy lockset installation*

We construct the 36 in. x 80 in. security man door from 18 gauge cold rolled steel with a frame made from 2 in. x 3 in. steel tube. We weld the frame close on four sides with vertical seams and brushed smooth. We also reinforce the hinge locations, as well as top and bottom cap to increase security and privacy.
Insulated with a R-5 rated polystyrene core in between two 3-hour fire rated cold rolled steel sheets. You will feel cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter with our airtight personnel man door. Guaranteed to block cold drafts and water from the outside.
