Refund and Cancellation Policy
Money Back Guarantee Excludes Trucking Charges
Returned equipment may be eligible for a refund; however, all refunds are issued less all trucking and logistics charges, including delivery, pickup, and any return transportation costs.
Buyer Protection Policy
If your container does not arrive, materially differs from the agreed description, or arrives with verified damage, Conexwest will work in good faith to resolve the issue, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at no cost prior to payment, unless the order includes custom work or special terms.
- If payment has been made but the order has not been processed, a 100% refund will be issued, less applicable banking or processing fees.
- If the order has been processed and a non-customized container has been allocated, surveyed, staged, or shipped, cancellation is still permitted; however, a 10% restocking fee will apply, along with reimbursement of all incurred costs, including but not limited to modifications, trucking, surveying, depot handling, storage, and banking fees.
Customized Orders
Customized containers and modified units are non-refundable once production or modification work has commenced.
Delivery Terms
If the delivery site cannot accommodate the container, the driver may place the container at the nearest safe and accessible location. If delivery cannot be completed or must be refused, the container may be returned to the yard. One (1) month of storage will be provided at no charge; thereafter, standard storage fees will apply.
Post-Delivery
Upon delivery and acceptance (including signature and/or completion of inspection), responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Customers must conduct a full inspection at the time of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for cosmetic preferences (including color) after delivery or for issues caused by improper site conditions, including but not limited to soft or unstable ground.
Third-Party Expenses
Conexwest is not liable for any third-party costs, delays, labor expenses, or lost time related to delivery scheduling, cancellations, or site conditions.
Parts and Supplies Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Parts and supplies (excluding shipping containers) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Special order parts are non-refundable
