Payment-card information is generally submitted directly to our payment processors. Conexwest may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, invoices, accounting information, and limited payment-related records, but we do not intend to store complete payment-card security codes.
6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Conexwest does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, we may disclose online identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation, product interests, conversion information, and, where enabled, hashed contact identifiers to advertising or analytics providers. These disclosures may constitute “selling” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws.
You may opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing by selecting Cookie Settings and disabling marketing cookies.
When we detect a qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, we process the signal as required by applicable law.
7. SMS and Text Messaging
When you provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in, you consent to receive conversational and, where separately authorized, marketing text messages from Conexwest.
Messages may include inquiry responses, quote updates, promotions, cart reminders, order updates, delivery and pickup communications, account notices, and customer-service messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or call (855) 878-5233.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, and service providers as necessary to operate the messaging program, provide requested communications, maintain security, and comply with law.
8. Email Communications
Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. You may also request removal from marketing email communications by contacting legal@conexwest.com.
After unsubscribing from marketing messages, you may continue receiving non-marketing communications concerning active quotes, orders, rentals, payments, deliveries, pickups, warranties, account security, legal notices, or customer-service matters.
9. Data Retention
We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Our retention criteria include:
- The duration of our relationship or transaction with you.

- Accounting, tax, insurance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- The sensitivity of the information and risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

12. Do Not Track Disclosure
Some web browsers offer a legacy “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard governing legacy Do Not Track signals, our websites do not currently respond to those signals in a uniform manner.
This is separate from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. We process qualifying opt-out preference signals as required by applicable privacy laws.
Third-party analytics, advertising, social-media, and other technology providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services, subject to your cookie settings, privacy choices, and applicable law.
