A 20ft refurbished ground level office container — also called a 20-foot refurbished office container — is a ready-to-deploy mobile workspace for sale restored from a wind- and water-tight steel cargo container at a lower cost than new one-trip units. Professional RAL 1015 Light Beige direct-to-metal repainting delivers a clean, uniform exterior with fully insulated interior comfort.
What is included? A man door, windows with security bars, electrical wiring, LED lighting, outlets, and a wall-mounted air conditioning unit create a functional office without site construction delays. Refurbished Corten steel construction carries a 5-year structural warranty for long-term job-site duty.
Ideal for construction headquarters, school swing-space classrooms, emergency staging offices, remote field operations, and industrial yards where crews need climate-controlled workspace fast. The 20-foot length supports desks, storage, and small meeting areas.
We offer two types of trucks for container delivery:
Tilt-Bed Truck
Ideal for easy offloading without equipment.
Requirements: 65 ft of straight clearance, 12 ft width, and 16 ft vertical clearance.
Flatbed Truck
Best if you have on-site equipment (like a forklift) for unloading.
Requirements: 65 ft of straight clearance, 12 ft width, 14 ft vertical clearance, and side access for unloading.
You will need a forklift rated for at least 10,000 lbs to remove the container.

The 20ft Ground Level Office Container is made from high quality corten steel. Weather resistant and highly durable, it’s the optimal material for the safe-storage of goods.
All storage containers for rent come standard with corner castings. They allow for stacking; lifting with a crane; and absorb the weight of the container.
All portable storage units come with either original plywood, or environmentally friendly bamboo flooring. Both materials are incredibly durable and withstand abrasion from foot traffic, furniture or falling objects.
Conveniently placed for mobility around the job site. Can be moved with a 10,000 lb forklift.

This warranty covers structural integrity, protection against corrosion, and maintenance of wind and watertight conditions under normal operating use.

Warranty Exclusions
Normal cosmetic wear from shipping and handling, such as minor scratches or paint blemishes, is not covered.
Damage caused by misuse, improper lifting, modification, accidents, or environmental extremes is excluded.
Optional lockbox security upgrades are covered separately if installed.
Service and Support
Warranty claims are handled directly through Conexwest.
