The ISO container shell underneath still carries its 5- or 10-year structural warranty if you bought the box from us. OEM equipment (for example an A/C brand warranty) is not extended by Conexwest.

No. Insulation slows heat transfer; it does not refrigerate. Workshops, battery storage, and chemical storage also need ventilation. Closed-cell spray foam performs well but takes floor area in an 8-foot-wide box. Pair insulation with HVAC when you need a setpoint.

Lay out power, HVAC, and openings before fabrication. Office units, depending on model, use R-13 insulation, dual-pane windows, HVAC, and an electrical package. Permanent utility hookups make later relocation harder and more expensive. Welding is done by an AWS-certified fabrication team.

Stock containers typically ship in 3–5 business days. Modified units take longer; we do not publish a single lead time because it depends on the scope. After fabrication, delivery uses the same tilt-bed / trailer / crane network. Ask for a production and delivery estimate on the quote.
