A 20ft refurbished combo office and storage container — also called a 20-foot refurbished office combo — is a space-saving dual-purpose unit for sale that pairs a finished office workspace with secure cargo storage in one restored steel shell. Professionally refurbished with RAL 1015 Light Beige direct-to-metal paint, it costs less than new while delivering the same split-layout functionality.
How is the space divided? A partition wall splits the interior evenly — office side with electrical package, insulation, air conditioning, and man door; storage side with cargo doors and marine-grade plywood flooring for tools and materials. Corten steel construction is wind- and water-tight with a 5-year structural warranty.
Ideal for school maintenance yards, remote job sites, municipal field offices, pipeline staging areas, and small businesses that need a desk and a locked tool bay without two separate containers. Compact footprint fits sites with limited space.
Best when no unloading equipment is available. The driver backs into position, tilts the trailer, and slides the container directly onto the ground.
Best when a forklift or crane is available on-site. The container must be lifted off the trailer using a forklift rated for at least 15,000 lb or an appropriate crane. Conexwest can help coordinate additional placement equipment when needed.

This warranty covers structural integrity, protection against corrosion, and maintenance of wind and watertight conditions under normal operating use.

Warranty Exclusions
Normal cosmetic wear and tear, such as surface rust, scratches, dents, and paint fading, are not covered.
Damage caused by misuse, improper lifting, modification, accidents, or environmental extremes is excluded from warranty coverage.
Optional lockbox security upgrades are covered separately if installed.
