Three steps: we deliver the unit to your site, you store (or work) in it on monthly terms, and when you are done we pick it up. Empty the container and keep the site clear for pickup.

Standard dry, high cube, insulated, refrigerated (including dual-voltage and single-phase), and ground-level office containers, typically 10–45 ft. This catalog also has doors-on-both-ends, open-side, office-storage combo, a 30 ft walkway, a 40 ft bleacher container, and a T30 electric pallet truck. SuperFreezer and hazmat units are not in the rental catalog — see Cold storage and Containers for sale for those.

Rentals run on a Master Lease. The term starts on delivery and continues in 4-week periods, billed 4 weeks in advance. Each full period is charged even if you return the unit early in that period. The lease auto-renews unless you terminate with at least 5 working days’ notice. If you pick the unit up yourself there is a 30-day pickup window. See Rental terms.

Rental containers are delivered on the ground, typically by tilt-bed (no forklift required on a suitable site). Crane-assisted delivery is used when the site needs it. Typical lead time is 3–5 business days depending on location and inventory. Pickup is quoted up front with the first period. The container must be empty and unobstructed. Early pickup with less than 30 days’ notice is $250. Same on-site clock as sales: 30 minutes included, $150/hour after.

Clear truck access, no overhead hazards (trees, power lines, structures), and firm, dry ground. Tilt-bed needs about 60 ft of straight line for units up to 24 ft; tilt-bed plus trailer needs about 100 ft for longer units. The driver may refuse an unsafe site. You are responsible for placement instructions and for damage to driveways, landscaping, and underground utilities except in cases of gross negligence.

No. Habitation is prohibited under the rental agreement, as are hazardous or illegal materials, altering the unit, and taking it out of the United States.

No. Rental units are provided AS IS, with no express or implied warranty. Purchased containers are different: those carry a 5- or 10-year structural warranty. See Rental terms.

Yes. The renter must carry insurance naming Conexwest as additional insured and loss payee at replacement value, with 30 days’ cancellation notice. Ask sales if you want rental insurance quoted with the unit.

Rent if the need is temporary, the site will change, or you do not want a capital purchase. Buy if the unit will stay in service for years — purchased ISO containers include the 5- or 10-year structural warranty. Matching sale SKUs on many product pages have a Purchase / Rent switch.
