Simplified Delivery/Pickup Terms
Delivery / Pickup Terms
Conexwest may arrange delivery and pickup through third-party carriers for customer convenience. Such services are provided by independent contractors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conexwest shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from or related to delivery, pickup, or relocation services performed by third-party carriers.
Site Readiness and Responsibility
Customer agrees that the delivery, pickup, or relocation site is suitable and safe for access by delivery equipment.
Customer represents and warrants that:
- The site has adequate space, clearance, and structural support
- Access routes are suitable for heavy equipment
- No unsafe conditions exist (including soft ground, slopes, obstructions, or underground hazards)
Customer shall be responsible for any damage to:
- Roads, driveways, curbs, sidewalks
- Landscaping, irrigation systems, underground utilities
- Buildings, fences, vehicles, or other property
Except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Conexwest or its contractors.
Delivery Timing and Waiting Charges
Delivery and pickup operations include up to 30 minutes on-site.
Additional time will be billed at $150 per hour, billed in full-hour increments.
Driver Safety and Refusal Rights
The driver may refuse delivery, pickup, or relocation if, in their reasonable judgment, conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:
- Risk of vehicle damage or getting stuck
- Tight access or clearance issues
- Uneven or unstable surfaces
- Obstructions or unsafe surroundings
Such refusal shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Dry Runs, Reattempts, and Towing
If delivery, pickup, or relocation cannot be completed due to site conditions or customer-related issues:
- A dry run fee equal to the quoted delivery/pickup charge will apply
- Additional delivery attempts will be charged accordingly
- Customer agrees to pay any towing or recovery costs resulting from site conditions
Customer Direction of Placement
Customer acknowledges that placement of Units may be guided by Customer or its representatives.
Customer assumes responsibility for all instructions provided regarding placement location and acknowledges that Conexwest and its contractors rely on such direction.
Door Repositioning
Changes to door orientation at the time of delivery will incur a $100 service fee.
Damage to Unit
Customer is responsible for any damage to the Unit beyond normal wear and tear. Charges will be based on repair or replacement cost estimates.
Weekend Delivery Surcharges
- Saturday delivery: $199 surcharge
- Sunday delivery: $299 surcharge
Early Pickup Fee (Rental Only)
Pickup requests with less than 30 days’ notice may incur a $250 early pickup fee.
Force Majeure
Conexwest shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, labor issues, equipment failure, or governmental actions.
