Prime Power

Standard Reference Conditions
Output ratings are presented at 27℃ air inlet temperature, barometric pressure 100 kPa, relative humidity 30%. This is designed to operate at high ambient temperature(up to 45℃), humidity(up to 70%)and high altitudes.

Standby Power
These ratings are applicable for supplying continuous electrical power(at variable load)in the event of a utility power failure. No overload is permitted.

Anti-Vibration Mounting Dumper
Dumpers are affixed between the engine and alternator feet and the chassis, thus ensuring complete vibration isolation of rotating assembly.

Coupling
The engine and alternator are directly coupled by means of an SAE flange. The engine flywheel is flexibly coupled to the alternator rotor.

Safety Guards
The fan and fan drive along with the battery charging alternator are safety guard protected for personal protection.

Warranty
All of the generating sets are covered under a warranty policy for a period of 12 months(whichever comes earlier)of the equipment is in line with manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.

Fuel System
On generating sets up to 750 kVA standby, the chassis design is incorporated with integral fuel tank with a capacity of approximately 5 hours to 8 hours running at full load. The tank is supplied complete with fill cap, breather, fuel feed and return lines to the engine and drain plug.

Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)
The fully sealed automatic voltage regulator maintains the voltage regulation at ±1%.

This Genset equipment is a totally self-contained and automated unit that gives out electrical power to reefer containers. It's made up of a Kubota diesel engine installed on a steel frame directly connected to a 15 kW, brushless, double bearing generator. The voltage regulator reads the generator voltage and changes it to remain inside ISO regulations once the unit is on. All the electrical controls are placed inside the control box with the gauges mounted on the control panel which is also the cover of the control box. It's protected by a deflector assembly and a windowed control box door. The battery, solid state battery charging system, "spin-on" lube oil filter, fuel filter, and other parts you need for it to work right are all part of the auxiliary engine equipment. The water pump and fan are connected to the engine's crankshaft. You can get the Genset as a standard version, with the Auto Restart option, or with Auto Restart and a Low Coolant Sensor. Auto Restart will turn the unit back on if it shuts down, plus it'll tell you if there's low oil pressure, high water temp, over-speed, or other over-crank issues. The equipment meets all the major standards including BS4999, BS5000, BS5514, IEC60034, VDE0530 and ISO8528.
